Cancellation Policy
· The order can be cancelled for free within 12 hours after placing your order.
· Please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can no longer be cancelled.
Eligible Products
· Eligible Products No Lace or has been trimmed or cut from the unit.
No Adhesives or tape have been applied to the unit.
· Hair has not been cut, trimmed washed, dyed, permed, curled, flat ironed, combed or finger combed.
· Returns must be in the original condition with tags and manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials.
· No water or hair products (including shampoo, conditioners, hair spray, mousse, oils, etc.) have been applied to the unit.
· Returns and exchanges must be initiated by the buyer within 7 days from receiving of the item.
Return Policy
· Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, import duties, and associated fees.
· Please notice once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account.
