Cancellation Policy The order can be cancelled for free within 12 hours after placing your order. Please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can no longer be cancelled.
Eligible Products Eligible Products No Lace or has been trimmed or cut from the unit. No Adhesives or tape have been applied to the unit. Hair has not been cut, trimmed washed, dyed, permed, curled, flat ironed, combed or finger combed. Returns must be in the original condition with tags and manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials. No water or hair products (including shampoo, conditioners, hair spray, mousse, oils, etc.) have been applied to the unit. Returns and exchanges must be initiated by the buyer within 7 days from receiving of the item.
Return Policy Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, import duties, and associated fees. Please notice once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account.
