• Returns must be in the original condition with tags and manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials.

• No water or hair products (including shampoo, conditioners, hair spray, mousse, oils, etc.) have been applied to the unit.

• Returns and exchanges must be initiated by the buyer within 7 days from receiving of the item.
